Dear 5-Hour Energy, The week before my wedding was that of a typical bride – no sleep because of intense excitement (even with the help of sleep aids), a million errands to run, and a large group of family and friends to entertain. I was so ready to walk down the aisle that I maybe got three or four hours of sleep the night before my wedding (much like the previous three nights). So, on the way to the ceremony site one of my bridesmaids stopped at a local convenience store and got me four bottles of your product. I took the first one about an hour and a half before I made my big entrance, and felt a renewed energy. My new husband and I have decided that Saturday was the best day of our lives. I am a hardcore 5-hour energy user. I've been using it for almost two years. I am a pharmacy student and was skeptical at using such a product, but I've never had any negative impact from it. I can't tell you enough how much 5-hour Energy drink has helped me these last two years. I work full time, go to school full time and still have a husband and children and grandchildren I keep up with. Long days and short nights mean I sometimes need a little extra energy to keep me going. 5-hour Energy is the only thing I have found that works for me. Many of my friends have asked me how I keep up (at 48 yrs old) and I tell them about 5-hour Energy. I am a retired 66 year old male and can't thank you enough for your great product. After eating breakfast I would get tired and unless I forced myself, I would sit down and go to sleep. The lack of energy was extremely frustrating and I tried all sorts of remedies to combat this physical and mental fatigue. One morning I tried a bottle of your 5-Hour Energy after completing breakfast. Instead of becoming tired, I was full of energy, very alert and was able to go through the day without becoming fatigued. This is a daily routine for me now. I am now able to get through the day mentally alert, full of energy and feeling great.
I'm a distribution manager for a Philadelphia newspaper. At least twice a week I pull 18-hour shifts. The very first time I used 5-Hour Energy I loved it, so I recommended it on to my 3rd shift EMT daughter. She also loved it. After three months of preaching about it, my wife, all the girls that work with her at Jefferson Hospital, all of my kids, friends, etc are now 5-Hour Energy believers. I have just tried 5-Hour Energy for the first time today after seeing your commercials. I am a full time college student with a part time job. I usually get the recommended amount of sleep, but find that some days that just isn't enough. Today was one of those days, classes starting at 8am and running until noon, only to be followed up by work an hour after that. I took this energy shot after school when I felt like I could go into hibernation for the remainder of the year and noticed about five minutes into it that I truly felt alert and motivated. This was truly a surprise for me, an original skeptic. Thank you for such a wonderful product, and I fully intend on ordering these in 24 packs, that way they are cheaper and on hand when needed. Also, for those individuals offended by your commercials, come on, where's your sense of humor. If you must be critical, at least do so logically as well. Thank you Energy Guy, you made my day.
My name is Jason Richard and I am a member of one of the S.E.A.L teams in California. We are deployed overseas and stuck in a small camp in the middle of nowhere. We are constantly on the move and a most times are staying up for a good part of the early morning and the night. We used to drink down Monster and Rock Star energy drinks, however, do to the heat and risk of dehydration we decided to longer use those products. Then we got some of your 5-Hour Energy's in a package from Operation Gratitude. We got several in the box and it is absolutely the best energy product that we have used. It was Monday. I got up at 4:30 am to drive two hours to work. I was tired at work and almost fell asleep. After work I had to umpire a baseball game, and then drive two and a half hours home. I had asked people for months if 5-Hour Energy works and they all said yes, but I never tried it. I knew now was the time or I wouldn’t make it. I took the shot at 5:00 pm. The game started at 5:45. After 15 minutes I really felt refreshed and not exhausted. After the game I was still very alert. I got in my car and drove the two and a half hours home. Usually I am dozing off and doing everything to stay awake. I was calm and drove him with no tired feeling. I could not believe that I felt great. I have been using 5-Hour Energy for about three years now and have been raving about it since day one! Not only has this been great for workouts, but has helped for all-nighters at work or in school cramming for tests! I work in the law enforcement/corrections field. We often work overtime shifts. 5-Hour Energy helps keep me alert and energetic thru my entire shift. The flavors are great and being sugar free is a bonus. This product has been a fantastic alternative to coffee loaded with sugar and cream. I've been using your wonderful 5-Hour Energy shots for about 3 years or so now, and I just picked up 2 6-packs yesterday. Now, they only had the berry flavored, and quite frankly, the berry has always been quite gross-tasting compared to the citrus, orange, and lemon-lime; BUT, it was on sale, so I bought it. To my surprise, the berry is actually pretty good now! You obviously changed the flavor a little, and it made a huge difference. I just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful product. It helps my energy level tremendously. I confess, I'm hooked, and you know, I'm okay with that! I have to tell you, though, that every time I find a product that works extremely well for me, it either gets banned by the intrusive friggin' government, or the company takes it off the market! That's why I am soooooo glad that in the last year or so your product has REALLY taken off. All the ripoffs of 5-Hour Energy (that do not work - I've tried them) show me that people really love 5-Hour Energy and you're not going anywhere. Just wanted to let you know I think 5 Hour Energy is the best energy drink bar none! I work for Alaska Marine Lines in Juneau, Alaska. There are no roads in or out of Juneau so all of our supplies must be sent by barge lines. Unloading a barge can take 4-12 hours. We receive 2 barges from Seattle a week and many times we load a southbound barge and have the second northbound to unload right after, this makes for a super long Shift. In this line of work you have to be 100% alert for every pick with the forklift, 5-Hour Energy gives me the alertness I need to work accident free. I’m currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and just wanted to let you know that since my switch to 5 Hour Energy, from all those over rated, sugary energy drinks, I feel like a new man. Before, I would have to buy 2 or 3 16oz drinks to keep me going. I would need another as soon as I started to crash. But now, with 5 Hour Energy I get all the energy I need without the suffering. Just wanted to tell you what a great product you have. Tried your "Extra Strength” yesterday and have not felt so good, nor had so much energy, in I don't know how long.
I would just like to take the time out to let you know how great I think your product is. I use 5-Hour Energy once a week. Recently I was short on funds and saw a competitors 6 hour shot for less dollars and thought I would give it a try. It truly was an awful experience. I honestly felt as if I was having a nervous breakdown. After four hours I began to fight off sleep and barely could focused on anything. This is something I never experienced with 5-Hour Energy. Although I saved money by purchasing the other brand I will never use them again. I will stick to 5-Hour Energy shots.

I just wanted to let you know that I really like your energy shots. I especially favor the berry flavor. They taste good and actually go down well. I think I started drinking them in mid-2008, on occasion, when I would feel that afternoon slump from working in an office. Recently, I moved out of my apartment with a short time frame. This meant a week and a half of late nights, packing, moving, going back and forth to places, and climbing up and down flights of stairs. I am a single mother with one young child. And although I had help during the move, I needed that extra boost of energy and momentum to keep me going throughout the moving process. During this time, I purchased the Extra Strength 5-Hour Energy. They proved extremely helpful! I would give myself until midnight to move, pack, and load my items. I didn't think I could do it, but I did. 5-Hour Energy shots helped provide the energy I needed to get the jobs done. My name is Allie Wetzel. I live in Florida, am a student at UF, and an avid runner. My friends and I are very ambitious. We are running marathons in the next few weeks (Gainesville 5 Points of Life and Gaspirilla), and are then running the Sunrise to Sunset Relay across the state of Florida (180 miles... we will definitely be consuming mass amounts of 5-Hour Energy). On average, we train 15-20 hours a week (on top of being full time students and working). I have also set personal goals of completing the Ford Ironman in 2010 and running across the state of Florida solo. How do we do all of this... and do it well? We use 5-Hour Energy to fuel our dreams. 5-Hour Energy does not upset our stomachs before a long run or bike, and it does not make us crash halfway through our workout. Sterling Pannell I guess I found your product shortly before Sept. 12, 2008 when Hurricane Ike hit our area. We live in what is called the “Piney Woods” part of Texas (Spring). When Hurricane Ike hit so many huge trees fell around us and on the houses, vehicles, etc. of our neighbors and friends. We knew it would be awhile before we would get help to clear the roads from fallen trees and our own yards. So we all banded together and got to it. I would use your product and everyone was so amazed that I could work all day long hauling heavy trees and debris. (Most of them were younger than me..ha!) I just want to tell you what an excellent product you have. I just wanted to drop a quick note to your company congratulating you on a great project. I remember a year ago seeing 5-Hour Energy shots on a shelf in a 7-11 store and instead of getting the usual Red Bull or Monster drink I decided to use 5-Hour Energy. For someone who finds energy drinks to not be very helpful, 5-Hour Energy turned out to be just what I needed to stay awake for my long hour days at work. I used to have to go to to many 7-11 stores looking for your product because in the beginning not all stores carried 5-Hour Energy. I now see commercials on tv and your product is always available at most stores now. I am no stranger to the benefits of being awake early in the morning, and having that alert sensation last throughout my day. First off, I would love to say that I really enjoyed your drink. I tried 5-Hour Energy for the first time, because I was at first a bit skeptical, but after the long talks nationally about how good it really is, I've come to realize that this is true. I work at a job that requires 5-Hour Energy in order to get the job done and not feel like you don't want to come back the next day. 10 hours of the most repetitive, dirty(at times), hazardous, and safety-oriented work a person has to endure. So I took a 5-Hour Energy shot at approximately 5:45AM and, I would really have to be honest took my grogginess away instantly when I started drinking it and keep me energized and enthusiastic the entire day. No lie, this is why I'm sending this message and I hope someone reads it and replies.
Hi, I'm a flight attendant and 5-Hour Energy really comes in handy for me. I'm based on the West Coast; but my airline, in its gentle kindness, regularly gives us East Coast departures at 6am. This means I often have to wake up at ONE A.M. (my time) to go to work and after the initial getting to the airport, boarding, taking off, giving everyone breakfast, we'll have five more hours to go before landing. We have to stay awake. Even on a full airplane, there isn't so much constant activity after the initial rush. Time stands still. The engines drone. Tick tock, all the way across the country, finally arriving in San Francisco at 9:30 am Pacific Time. I've tried everything to stay awake! Jumping jacks. Caffeine and guarana in all their forms. I can honestly say, through all the years and trials and errors I've had with other products; 5-Hour Energy is THE best and most effective - bar none! My shift runs from 0630 - 1630 Hours. By the end of that time, I am both mentally and physically spent. About one hour prior to getting off duty, I slam a Berry 5-hour Energy shot, and am able to rip through the rest of the evening as a husband and dad of three.
