Commercial entries may be part of class projects or done independently by student groups. Students enter as a group. Individual students can only be part of one group. The first place entry, as judged by 5-Hour Energy®, its partners and online voters, will receive $5,555.00, 555 bottles of 5-Hour Energy® . Living Essentials, makers of 5-Hour Energy®, may also consider using the commercial concept in an upcoming 5-Hour Energy® television advertisement. Additionally, 5-Hour Energy® will contribute $5,555 to the winning group’s college/university along with distributing product samples on campus.
