I started using 5-hour ENERGY after my daughter was born. Waking up every two hours was not helping my job, school or active lifestyle. I work full time, go to school part time, and run and bike competitively. A friend recommended 5-hour ENERGY so I tried it. 5-hour ENERGY helped keep me feeling energized and alert through those sleepy baby days. Now that my life is back to normal I use 5-hour ENERGY to keep me on track. It is helpful when papers are due or when I'm running after my daughter in the park.
