I am an amateur boxer and workout every day after work from 5 PM to 7PM. My gym is about three miles from my office so I usually bike or run there which adds another 20-30 minutes to each end of my workout. A 5-hour ENERGY at 3 PM helps keep me going until I get home. I especially like it on sparring days because it helps me feel more alert.
