I have been on a quest to get fit since August of 2007. I have changed my diet, started exercising, hit the gym and most of all started mountain biking. In August of 2007 I weighed 248 pounds. Today I weigh in at 165 pounds. I lost over 80 pounds and I couldn’t have done it without exercise, a healthy diet, and mountain biking. 5-Hour Energy was the main reason I had the energy to stay on my routine. It pushed me to the gym when I really didn’t have the discipline to go. I take it before every bike ride. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my fitness goals without 5-Hour Energy! I truly believe
in the product and can’t wait to continue my quest with 5-Hour Energy in my corner.
Jason’s Workout Routine:
- Weight Training – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Mountain Biking – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

- Rest on Sunday
