Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions – as well as the applicable provisions, terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and the https://www.5hourenergy.com website (the “Site”) (as may be amended from time to time) – constitute the Shipping Policy applied to customer’s (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) orders placed with SI Online, LLC (sometimes referred to as “we” or “our”):

Shipping Schedules

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12pm EST are anticipated to ship within 24 hours. Our warehouse does not ship on Federal holidays or weekends. Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST typically ship that same day; otherwise they will ship the following business day.

SI Online, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries caused, in whole or in part, by delays or other actions of the shipping/delivery provider.

Shipping Rates

All orders containing only 2 oz. energy shots and of a quantity equal to or greater than ten (10) bottles qualify for $5.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Orders of a single 6-pack will be charged $10.00 shipping.

All orders containing any quantity of 16 oz. energy drinks, unless provided as a promotional item, will be charged $8.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states, plus any applicable shipping charges for any additional items (shots or merchandise).

All orders containing any quantity of merchandise are subject to shipping fees calculated by total weight of the order.

Shipments of any item(s) to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different fees, which fluctuate based on prevailing rates charged by the shipping service used.

Lost Packages

Please visit https://5hourenergy.com/pages/contact and submit the form with details about your problem within fourteen business (14) days if you believe your order has been lost in transit." While SI Online, LLC is not responsible for lost packages, we want to assist you in locating the package when possible.  However, please note that SI Online, LLC is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for reshipment of orders to the correct shipping address or in the event SI Online believes, in its sole discretion, reports of lost packages or other requests for re-shipment are excessive.

Other Information

Promotional codes for free shipping or other promotions and discounts may be made available from time to time.  Customer must apply coupon codes to the order prior to completing the transaction. The coupon codes may not be applied to previous orders. Codes may not be used outside of the active dates shown on the promotional banners.
