What is a 5-hour ENERGY® beverage?
The 5-hour ENERGY® beverage is 16 carbonated ounces including all of the ingredients of the extra strength 5-hour ENERGY® shot for when you’re tired and thirsty.
Is there more caffeine in a 5-hour ENERGY® beverage than in the shot?
No. Extra Strength 5-hour ENERGY® shots contain about as much caffeine as 12 ounces of the leading premium coffee, the same as the 5-hour ENERGY® drink.
Can I drink the whole 16oz can of 5-hour ENERGY®?
Yes! The 16oz Extra Strength 5-hour ENERGY® beverage offers the same ingredients as the 1.93 oz Extra Strength 5-hour ENERGY® shot.
How is a 5-hour ENERGY® beverage different than a 5-hour ENERGY® shot?
5-hour ENERGY® beverages contain the ingredients of extra strength 5-hour ENERGY® shots but in a 16oz carbonated beverage to enjoy for longer.
Are 5-hour ENERGY® beverages kosher?
5-hour ENERGY® received its kosher certification from Star-K in November 2010. The 5-hour ENERGY® beverage is also Star-K Kosher certified.
What flavors of 5-hour ENERGY® beverages are available?
5-hour ENERGY® beverages are currently available in three Extra Strength flavors – Berry, Watermelon, & Grape.
Is there a regular strength 5-hour ENERGY® beverage available?
No, not at this time. Keep a look-out on the website and social media, you never know!
Where can I purchase 5-hour ENERGY® drinks?
5-hour ENERGY® beverages are only available online right now.
What size packs is it available in?
The 5-hour ENERGY® drink is available in a 3-count variety pack, that features one of each of the flavors. The 5-hour ENERGY® drink is also available in a 4-count box in either berry, grape or watermelon flavor.
How many 5-hour ENERGY® beverages can I have per day?
We recommend drinking no more than two products per day, spaced several hours apart. For maximum enjoyment consume within an hour after opening.
Can I drink a can and a shot together?
We recommend drinking no more than two 5-hour ENERGY® products in a day, spaced several hours apart.
What if I cannot finish the can after 1 hour?
That’s okay. We recommend finishing the beverage about 1 hour after opening to maintain optimum carbonation. If you wait until later it just may not be as bubbly.
If the can is shaken and becomes flat?
Yes! While the bubbles may be gone, the special energy blend from 5-hour ENERGY® drinks is still there.
What is the shelf life of the 5-hour ENERGY® beverage?
There is a best by date on the bottom of the can for two years after it was made. We recommend consuming before the best by date. (MM/YY)
The product did not give me any energy. I want a refund.

Does a 5-hour ENERGY® beverage need to be refrigerated?
While the beverage is great cold, it does not have to be refrigerated.

How many cans of 5-hour ENERGY® beverage can I have per day?
We recommend taking no more than two cans of 5-hour ENERGY® per day. Be sure to space them several hours apart.

Why can’t children take 5-hour ENERGY® products?
The product was specifically formulated for adults who are on the go and need the ingredients such as caffeine comparable to a cup of the leading premium coffee, B – Vitamins, amino acids also found in many foods and other dietary ingredients. Our product is for adults who may need a boost in their busy lifestyles. So the product was not designed for children, we do not market to children, and children should not consume it.
