TERMS OF SALE
4.1 Product Descriptions. SI Online, LLC (“We”) try to make the Site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the Site may be outdated, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the Site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.
4.2 Availability and Pricing. SI Online, LLC reserves the right to change the prices and available products at any time. Quantities of some Products may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed. Products offered for sale on the Site are available for shipment only to the United States and all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipments of any item(s) to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to different fees, which fluctuate based on prevailing rates charged by the shipping service used.
If a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will, in our discretion, either confirm the correct price with you or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
4.3 Orders. We have the right to refuse or limit any order, and limit quantities. We will not be liable if a product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed.
4.5 Returns. All requests to return orders placed through the Site should be directed to email@example.comHourEnergy.com. Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) business days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number. Purchases made outside of our 5-hourenergy.com website are not eligible for a return or refund. You must have proof of purchase and more than 75% of the product remaining. Once we receive a valid return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued. We will deduct a $10 return fee from the amount returned. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be made available to you by your bank. Excessive return requests may be denied at SI Online, LLC’s discretion.
4.6 Damaged or Incomplete Shipment. If you placed an order through the Site and you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact SI Online, LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within fourteen business (14) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number.
4.7 Payment. By providing a credit card, bank information, or other payment method, You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize SI Online (or its third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended (pending verification of legitimacy) or cancelled.
We accept the forms of payment stated on the Site and, for credit and debit card payments, charge your credit or debit card when your order is processed. Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon: (a) you providing complete personal, account, transaction and any other information needed, (b) authorization of the payment by your credit or debit card company, and (c) acceptance of your payment. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel your payment at any time by providing notice to you through your contact information or by a notice when you attempt to make a payment. We may cancel a payment or prevent you from initiating future payments for any reason, including, without limitation, the following: (i) if you attempt to use the services in breach of any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the card network rules or regulations; (ii) if you use the services in breach of these terms; (iii) if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity regarding a payment; (iv) if we detect, in our sole discretion, that your payments have excessive disputes, high reversal rates or present a relatively high risk of losses; or (v) failure to cooperate in an investigation or provide additional information when requested.
Promotional codes for free shipping or other promotions and discounts may be made available from time to time. Customer must apply coupon codes to the order prior to completing the transaction. The coupon codes may not be applied to previous orders. Codes may not be used outside of the active dates shown on the promotional banners.
