The following terms and conditions, together with the applicable provisions, terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and on the 5-hour ENERGY® website (the "Site"), as amended from time to time, constitute the Return Policy governing orders placed with SI Online, LLC ("SI Online," "we," "our," or "us").
Order Changes and Cancellations
SI Online, LLC is unable to modify processed orders. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Returns
To request a return for an order placed through the Site, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with the details of your request.
All return requests must be received within fourteen (14) business days of the order's delivery date, as determined by the carrier's tracking information.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- At least 75% of the product originally purchased must remain unused and be returned.
Once a valid return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. After the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued less the $10 return processing fee. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
SI Online reserves the right to deny excessive or abusive return requests at its sole discretion.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you receive a damaged shipment, an incomplete shipment, or are otherwise dissatisfied with a product purchased through the Site, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with details of your concern.
Notice of any damaged or incomplete shipment must be received within fourteen (14) business days of the order's delivery date, as determined by the carrier's tracking information.
Orders Purchased Through Other Retailers
SI Online, LLC can only assist with orders placed directly through the Site. We are unable to provide support for purchases made through retail stores, third-party websites, online marketplaces, or other retailers.
