Subscriptions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We do not accept phone orders at this time.
All return requests should be directed to email@help.5hourenergy.com. You must have proof of purchase and more than 50% of the order remaining. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued. We will deduct a $10 return fee from the amount refunded.
All beverage items are eligible for our subscription service. You simply need to create an account and place an order. You will be able to manage your subscription while logged in to your account under the subscriptions tab.
You may choose for your subscription service to automatically send your 5-hour ENERGY® shots once every month, every two months, or quarterly. You also have the option to “Ship Now”. This can be done once a day but will update your renewal date.

You will choose shipment frequency when placing your order and can change frequency at any time. Or even change the recurring date for your upcoming subscription shipments.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on manage subscription
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Click on “Update Next Shipment date”
  5. Make desired changes and click “SAVE”
You must log in to your personal account and select “Manage Subscriptions”. Here you will see all active and inactive subscriptions that you currently have associated with your account.

  3. Click on “Manage Subscription” and choose the option you want to change.

  4. Click on "Swap"
  5. Choose your flavors and press "save”.

  4. Select “Update Payment Method”
  5. “Enter a New Credit Card”
  6. Enter updated card information and select “Save”

To delete credit cards on your account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the account settings tab
  3. Select “Payment Methods”
  4. Select “Delete” and confirm.

Please note that you cannot delete your preferred payment method. You must have a primary credit card on file.

  3. Click on “Shipping Addresses”
  4. Click on “Edit Shipping Address”
  5. Make desired changes and click “Save”

To ensure your delivery arrives at the new address, you must make the change at least one week prior to the expected shipment date.

Please make sure you update your address if you move.

Yes. You can select when you would like your next shipment to occur.

  4. Select desired date and press save.

Yes. You may select “Ship Now” to have your credit card processed immediately for shipment. You may do this once a day. Please note: this will also change your next payment date to fall 30/60/90 days from the date you authorized "Ship Now".

Notice:  There is an active check-cashing scam with individuals claiming to be a "promotion manager" with 5-Hour ENERGY®. These individuals offer to pay people to display 5-hour ENERGY® ads on their vehicles. We have no such program in place and the company is not associated with it in any way. Please contact your local authorities if you have been contacted by these individuals.
Beware of imitations and other non-5-hour ENERGY® products in 5-hour ENERGY® displays!
We encourage consumers to read labels and packaging carefully. Consumers may encounter knockoff energy shots imitating 5-hour ENERGY®, or non-5-hour ENERGY® products that have been improperly placed at points of sale in 5-hour ENERGY® displays. Remember: if you are looking for an authentic 5-hour ENERGY® product you will only find it in a 5-hour ENERGY® - branded bottle, can, or package.
5-hour ENERGY® products do not contain Ephedra or Kratom.
Consumers may have seen news reports regarding ingredients used in some dietary supplements, including Ephedra and Kratom. 5-hour ENERGY® products do not contain Ephedra or Kratom, and we do not recommend combining 5-hour ENERGY® products with other products containing such ingredients.
