What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders at this time.

What is the return policy for 5-hour ENERGY® shots purchased through 5hourEnergy.com?
All return requests should be directed to email@help.5hourenergy.com. You must have proof of purchase and more than 50% of the order remaining. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued.

Subscription FAQ

What items qualify? All items are eligible for our subscription service. You simply need to create an account and place an order. You will be able to manage your subscription while logged in to your account under the subscriptions tab.

What is the delivery frequency? You may choose for your subscription service to automatically send your 5-hour ENERGY® shots once every month, every two months, or quarterly.

You will choose shipment frequency when placing your order and can change frequency at any time. Or even change the recurring date for your upcoming subscription shipments.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Click on “Edit Subscription”
  5. Make desired changes and click “SAVE”

Where can I find my current subscription details?
You must log in to your personal account and select “Subscriptions”. Here you will see all active and inactive subscriptions that you currently have associated with your account.

How can I make changes to my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit” and choose the option you want to change.

Can I change my flavors?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on "edit"
  4. Click on "Change Product Options"
  5. Choose your flavors and press "next"

I don’t have a Build Your Own Pack; can I not change my flavors?
Correct. Unfortunately, the capability only exists to change flavors with our Build Your Own Packs. You would have to cancel and activate a new subscription with your chosen flavor.

How do I update my credit card on file?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Select “Update Payment Method”
  5. “Enter a New Credit Card”
  6. Enter updated card information and select “Save”

Your new card will automatically become your preferred payment. Your old card will stay on file until you delete it.

To delete credit cards on your account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the account settings tab
  3. Select “Payment Methods”
  4. Select “Delete” and confirm.

Please note that you cannot delete your preferred payment method. You must have a primary credit card on file.

How do I change my shipping address?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Click on “Update Shipping Address”
  5. Make desired changes and click “Save”

To ensure your delivery arrives at the new address, you must make the change at least one week prior to the expected shipment date.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes. You can skip up to five shipments.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Click on “Skip Reoccurrence”
  5. Select up to five skips and press “OK”

Can I get my subscription earlier than the date indicated?
Yes. You may select “Ship Now” to have your credit card processed immediately for shipment. You may do this once a day. Please note: this will also change your next payment date to fall 30/60/90 days from the date you authorized "Ship Now".

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the subscriptions tab
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Click “Cancel Subscription”

Subscription cancellations cannot be reversed. If you want to resume regular product shipments, a new subscription is required.

Rates
All orders of at least 10 bottles of product qualify for $5.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Orders of a single 6-pack will be charged a $10.00 shipping. All orders are shipped using 5-10 day standard ground shipping at this time.

All orders containing any quantity of energy drinks, unless provided as a promotional item, will be charged $8.00 shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

Other Information
From time to time there may be free shipping, 10% off, and other promotions and discounts. Promotional codes are time-sensitive and therefore only valid for a specific period of time.
