SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you purchase any eligible subscription, you will be able to select how often you would like your product(s) delivered. SI Online, LLC reserves the right to change subscription benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges). If any item of your order is unavailable at the intended shipping date, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations.
NOTIFICATIONS; AUTOMATIC ORDER CREATION
When you order an eligible product and enroll in a subscription, you will receive notice that your subscription has been created and that your first order will be processed. Your subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to the delivery schedule you selected, unless and until you timely cancel in accordance with the Cancellation provision herein, or change the delivery schedule within five (5) business days prior to shipment. Prior to the processing of each subsequent order, you will receive a notice twelve (12) days prior to renewal including your estimated ship date, last date to modify your order, shipping address, and estimated pricing.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped or are currently being shipped to you.
PRICING; PAYMENT; RENEWAL; REFUNDS
The amount charged for an eligible product ordered through the Subscription Program will be the price of that item on the Site at the time your order is processed. The total cost charged to your payment method for each subscription order will be the price of the item, less any subscription discount, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax.
The charge for each Subscription Program order will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription. If we are unable to complete your order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, your order will not be processed. Our system will attempt to retry the payment method three (3) times before automatically deactivating your subscription.
SI Online, LLC cannot make changes to payment methods on behalf of subscribers. All payment changes must be made within the portal by the subscriber. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.orgHourEnergy.com or visit our Subscription FAQ page, as updated and amended from time to time, should you need additional information.
Should you wish to have your order refunded, within fourteen business (14) days of the order’s delivery date, as determined according to the shipper’s tracking number, you must contact us at email@example.com and be prepared to return your order.
All returns are subject to a $10 return fee. Returns will not be accepted without customer providing proof of purchase and more than 75% of the order. Once we receive a valid return request, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided to return the remaining product. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued, less the $10 return fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be made available to you by your bank. Excessive return requests may be denied at SI Online, LLC’s discretion.
Your subscription will remain in effect unless and until it is cancelled pursuant to the Cancellation provision below.
Customer is responsible for advising SI Online of any address changes. SI Online, LLC is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee for reshipment of orders to the correct shipping address or in the event SI Online believes, in its sole discretion, reports of lost packages or other requests for re-shipment are excessive. Orders placed by way of subscription renewals may not ship on the renewal date. No shipments on federal holidays or weekends. SI Online, LLC is not responsible for late deliveries caused, in whole or in part, by delays or other actions of the shipping/delivery provider.
You have the right to cancel your subscription, such that subsequent charges are not made to your payment method, provided the cancellation occurs at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled payment date. Such a cancellation must be made through your account on https://www.5hourenergy.com. If you are having trouble cancelling via an online account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must email from the same email address that is associated with the subscription. If you cannot gain access to the email account that is associated with the subscription, please contact us via another email account and provide as much order detail as possible so that we may attempt to locate your account.
Upon processing of a renewal of an order, cancellation is not guaranteed. In that event, customer must seek to return the order, in accordance with the Return Policy.
AGREEMENT CHANGESSI Online, LLC may, in its sole discretion, change these Subscription Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the https://www.5hourenergy.com website), without notice to you. If any such change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
