What is the 5-hour ENERGY® Loyalty Program?
Your purchases should come with perks. The 5-hour ENERGY® Loyalty Program allows you to earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for rewards such as free products, official merchandise, discounts, and more.
For every eligible $1 spent, you’ll earn 10 points. The more you shop at 5hourenergy.com, the more points you can earn.
I already have a 5-hour ENERGY® account. Am I automatically enrolled?
No. Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is optional. To begin earning points, log in to your 5-hour ENERGY® account, select “Join the Program,” and follow the instructions to opt in.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 10 points for every eligible $1 spent, including applicable taxes but excluding shipping charges. Your points are earned on what you actually spend, after all other discounts have been applied.
The eligible purchase amount is rounded to the nearest whole dollar before points are awarded.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your 5-hour ENERGY® account and visit the Loyalty Program page. Select “Redeem Now” beneath the reward you want. The reward will be added to your cart, and you can complete the redemption during checkout. Shipping fees may apply.
Available rewards will depend on your current points balance.
Do I earn points on purchases made before I joined?
No. You’ll earn points only on eligible purchases made after you enroll in the 5-hour ENERGY® Loyalty Program.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire March 31, 2027, including points earned on your birthday
We’ll send you a reminder before your points expire so you have time to redeem them.
Why are my points listed as Pending?
Points earned from purchases may take time to process. They will initially appear as Pending and become available to redeem after the transaction has been approved.
I completed a purchase but didn’t receive my points. What should I do?
Some purchases may take a few minutes to process. If your points still haven’t appeared, contact our Customer Support team at email@help.5hourENERGY.com.
Why did my points balance decrease?
If you cancel or return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
For a partial return or refund, only the points associated with the returned or refunded items will be deducted.
For example, if you return $20 in products from an eligible $40 purchase, 50% of the points earned from that purchase will be removed.
Can I leave the Loyalty Program?
Yes. To leave the 5-hour ENERGY® Loyalty Program, contact us at email@help.5hourENERGY.com.
We’ll process your request and remove your Loyalty Program account and associated program information.
Any unused points will be permanently forfeited when you leave the program. Points cannot be transferred to another member or reinstated if you rejoin later.
