Please read these Rewards Program Terms carefully. They govern participation in the 5-hour ENERGY® Rewards Program offered through 5hourenergy.com. By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Rewards Program Terms and the other website terms identified below.

Program Administration

The 5-hour ENERGY® Rewards Program (the “Program”) is administered by SI Online, LLC (“SIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the authorized retailer that maintains 5hourenergy.com (the “Site”). In these Rewards Program Terms, a participant may be referred to as “you” or “your.”

Relationship to Other Site Terms

These Rewards Program Terms supplement the Site’s Terms of Sale, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and, for subscription purchases, Subscription Terms, each as updated from time to time (collectively, the “Site Terms”). The Site Terms continue to apply to purchases, accounts, use of the Site, subscriptions, shipping, returns, privacy, dispute resolution, and other matters they cover. If these Rewards Program Terms conflict with the Site Terms on a matter specific to the Program, these Rewards Program Terms control for that matter.

Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is available to any person who is eligible to create an account and place an order through the Site. Participation is limited to one Program account per person. To participate, you must create a Site account and affirmatively opt in to the Program. Creating a Site account alone does not enroll you. You must provide accurate account information and keep that information current. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Program Period

The Program begins on September 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2027 (the “Program Period”). Our systems and records determine the time a transaction or other Program activity occurs. Purchases made before enrollment do not qualify for points, and points will not be awarded retroactively.

Earning Points

After enrollment, you will earn 10 points for each $1 of eligible spending on qualifying orders placed through the Site during the Program Period. Eligible spending is the merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping charges and taxes. The eligible spending amount is rounded to the nearest whole dollar before points are calculated. For example, an eligible merchandise subtotal of $24.50 rounds to $25 and earns 250 points.

Points are made available when the qualifying order is placed. Purchases made through retailers, marketplaces, stores, or websites other than 5hourenergy.com do not earn points. Other exclusions may be identified on the Site or in a specific offer.

Subscription Purchases

Enrolled subscribers may earn points on each qualifying initial subscription order and qualifying subscription renewal placed during the Program Period. Each order must otherwise satisfy these Rewards Program Terms. Rewards redeemed with points may not be applied to subscription purchases or recurring subscription renewals.

Order Changes Returns and Refunds

If a qualifying order or any portion of it is canceled, returned, refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may deduct the corresponding points from your Program account. If you have already redeemed those points, we may cancel the related reward when possible, apply future points toward the resulting negative balance, offset the value of the purchase from the rewards catalog to the qualifying product refund, or take other reasonable action to correct the account. The Site’s Return Policy and Terms of Sale continue to govern the underlying purchase.

Point Adjustments and Account Records

Points displayed in your account are subject to verification. We may correct a point balance or transaction record affected by a processing error, technical problem, duplicate credit, returned payment, ineligible purchase, fraud, misuse, or other mistake. You must report missing or incorrect points through the Site’s Contact Us form within 30 days after the applicable qualifying order. Please include the order number and enough information for us to review the request. Subject to applicable law, our good-faith determination regarding point eligibility and account balances is final.

Bonus Point Offers

We may offer opportunities to earn bonus points or points through activities other than purchases. We are not required to offer those opportunities. Any bonus-point offer may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, limits, or dates. If an offer conflicts with these Rewards Program Terms, the offer terms control for that offer.

Redeeming Points

You may redeem available points for rewards shown in the online rewards catalog during the Program Period. The catalog will identify the rewards then available and the number of points required. Rewards and point requirements may change during the Program Period. Rewards are subject to availability, applicable restrictions, and any additional terms shown with the reward.

A redeemed reward may be used only on an eligible one-time purchase from the online rewards catalog and may not be used on a subscription purchase or recurring subscription renewal. A reward may not be combined with another discount, promotion, coupon, or reward unless the applicable offer expressly permits it. Once points are redeemed, the redemption is final and the points will not be returned. Shipping charges, taxes, and other costs associated with a reward, if any, will be stated in the applicable reward offer.

Point Restrictions

Points are promotional, have no cash value, and do not constitute cash, stored value, property, or a gift card. Points may be used only for rewards made available through the Program. Points cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, purchased, bartered, assigned, inherited, or combined across accounts. Points and rewards may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents except where required by law.

Expiration and Forfeiture

All unused points automatically expire and become void at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2027 unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Program Terms. There is no post-Program redemption period. If you close your Site account or opt out of the Program before that deadline, all unused points are immediately forfeited. Expired or forfeited points will not be reinstated except where required by law.

Misuse and Account Suspension

You may not manipulate the Program, create duplicate accounts, use false information, resell or broker points or rewards, exploit an error, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other conduct inconsistent with these Rewards Program Terms. We may review Program activity and, subject to applicable law, suspend or terminate participation, cancel rewards, remove points, deny a redemption, or close a Program account if we reasonably determine that misuse has occurred.

Program Changes or Early Termination

To the extent permitted by law, we may change, suspend, or end the Program or any part of it before March 31, 2027, including earning rates, eligible purchases, rewards, point requirements, or redemption procedures. We will provide notice when reasonably practical, which may include notice on the Site, by email, or through your account. Any change will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

Technical Problems

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful Program activity caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network, hardware, software, platform, payment, or account errors. We may take reasonable action to correct a technical problem and preserve the fair administration of the Program.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Program will be handled according to the Site’s Privacy Policy. Program-related communications may include service or administrative messages about enrollment, point activity, rewards, changes to these Rewards Program Terms, or Program expiration. Marketing communications remain subject to the choices and requirements described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers Disputes and Applicable Law

The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute-resolution provisions, and governing-law provisions in the Site Terms apply to the Program to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Rewards Program Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Changes to These Rewards Program Terms

We may update these Rewards Program Terms as permitted by law. The current version will be posted on the Site with its effective or last-updated date. Your continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
